About a year ago or more, we discussed how nice it would be to put a storm door in the front of our house. I enjoy having doors open in the spring and fall and we also needed more air flow since our living room windows are missing screens. So we decided to use our tax refund last year and purchase one. Didn't happen! LOL! We talked about it again this year and my hubby so kindly took me shopping to Lowes :)

This week, Rocky Weaver came and installed it for us! I am loving it already!! And so is the dog. He can lay outside the door and see what's going on inside. Before, he was only hearing noises! :)

This isn't a real good picture, but you get an idea what it looks like....

We've been having some gorgeous spring days. Dan came home early yesterday since he worked a 12 hour day on Monday. We enjoyed some time outside playing with the dog and grilling burgers for supper!

~Mocha~ just waiting for someone to play ball with him. Whenever you step outside, he goes and finds his ball and brings it to you! We got him to obey "Drop it" and he'll drop it at your feet and then we throw it for him. He runs SO fast. One day I need to get a video of him playing fetch!

Dan reading his school textbook while grilling burgers :) He's on the final countdown of the semester. He will be taking the lat part of the semester off and his deadline for this class is tomorrow night. He is hoping to take his test and be done tonight yet!
I can hardly wait!! :)

The children had their bikes out and were "racing" invisible people. :)

At bedtime last night, the kids were supposed to be getting pajama's on and here this old man walks out of Danny's room. :) I'd say he goes to the opposite extreme of those guys who wear their britches near the ground!! ;)

I finally got a call from my doctor today! The results of the tests are great. Everything they checked looks to be in fine shape! :) I am still going to keep my cardiologist appointment for March 29. They will be doing a stress test and I will have to wear an event monitor for a week, whenever one comes available.
She said my gall bladder looks fine and that's what I was concerned was the problem. So now I'm not sure what to think. But I am going to let it in God's hands unless I have more or worse symptoms, then we might consider checking into other possibilities.

Tomorrow morning we are going to do some shoe shopping in Tall. then planning to meet Dan's mom for lunch. She is coming down to south GA to pick up Dan's uncle and take him up to live with them for a week. From there we are going to spend the rest of the day and part of Saturday with my sister and her family!! :) Always fun times!!

I know I haven't posted on here lately and may try to do some updates sometime soon. But don't hold your breath! Life is busy.... :) Goodnight~

I love that screen door! We had the same one before we built on and now I miss it so!! I love your dog. I'm assuming it's an Irish Setter? Do you remember that we always had Irish Setters at our house growing up? Enjoyed your post....can't wait till it warms up and the mud clears here so the kids can play outside without getting filthy muddy!

Our house had 3 outside doors with lovely storm doors. They were one big solid sheet of glass and let so much sunshine and light in. Unfortunately, people would run into them, thinking nothing was there. One broke into millions of pieces. Another one got caught by a gust of wind and was "pulled out by the roots." :( I hope we can replace them.
