Okay, Dana!! I am joining you!! I am committed to walking 1,000 minutes in the next month. And that won't include normal walking around the house! :) Here's too exercise!! WOOHOO!!!

My plan is to walk 30 minutes a day and once a week go to the park and take a 1 hour walk! Now I just need to figure out how to keep my dog at home....he slows me down! I guess a chain would do! :)

Does jogging add any time to your "walking minutes"? :D
